She, as the representative of the Starks of the Kingdom in the North, felt it was her duty to administer justice. Arya is a law unto herself. I am glad that she is holding on to some of her ideals.


By joining the Faceless Men, she was supposed to surrender her past identity entirely: she was not a Stark, and it was not her duty or even obligation to kill Daeron. Not least of which is that by doing so, she also showed her lack of commitment and fidelity to the Faceless Men.
