Yes, parties that are, to varying degrees, left leaning have got most seats, just. Depends if they choose to use that though.
Also the real line is actually 323 cause of the sinn Fein results, not including whoever is speaker, if you add Lab,Fibs,PC,SNP,and the green which is 324, could add in Alliance with 1 and SDLP with 3, PR could be forced through this parliment regardless of what the Tories want. Unless SF decide to attend parliment to vote with the Tories, which seems unlikely.
Alliance is pretty much Lib Dem Northern Ireland from what I've seen... it would take something pretty spectacular to tempt them apart.
I think it is pretty safe to assume either Sinn Fein or the Tories would have to have a really, really, really, really serious shift in politics for them to work together
