Let them form the minority Govt, don't oppose anything like the Queen's Speech or that, then 8 months down the line Clegg raises a Private Members Bill for PR, all the opposition votes for the Tories lose the vote, since they didn't raise the bill its not a vote of no confidence. PR at the next GE, the Tories have no friends at all, will never get 50% of the vote and it'll be a long time before they get back into power again.

SNP ruled out working with the Tories but will talk to Labour and have accepted formally the invitation to talk, SNP and PC are acting as one on this, which is refreshing to see, since PC and the SNP have huge differences especially with the Barnett Formula, but for the good of their countries will put that aside the now, to see the best deal they can get.
