I'm not sure you have to be gay to dislike going down on a woman. It can also be lack of caring, insecurity about how to do it, germophobia, upbringing, bad smell, and so on.
I can imagine that a particularly manly man might just think that's too subservient for him to do. One of my friend's boyfriends is a manly man and I know he's not a great giver. But obviously, this is not representative.
