I have posted a few threads to which this could be applied. The intent was to share the latest with people who'd expressed an interest, about things that I perhaps shouldn't have posted to the CMB in the first place. Yet even when I remember Journals are there I always feel a bit guilty reading them; on the other hand, there have been a few occasions when I've stumbled on a months old Journal post about an undeniable trauma and thought, I wish I'd known then, I couldn't really have done anything, but I could have at least have been supportive, offered some caring.

Rest assured I don't consider the CMB to be my personal or even shared blog, and I take you at your word about not having anyone in mind; this is meant as neither defense nor rebuttal, only clarification of intent, and acknowledgment that there's such a thing as being TOO open.
