This kind of sounds like childish behavior when sober, but has the potential to become more violent when alcohol or other drugs are involved.

If the person is apt to actually be violent (instead of just being pissy and slamming stuff around), then I would suggest you go in your room and hide.

You can still order the pizza, just have it delivered through the window. :P
