Right thought with ban on new drilling they are being hurt. They have huge capital investments just setting doing nothing. If Halliburton did something wrong they can and will be held at least partially liable for damages. If they are not at fault and assist in the cleanup they should be paid just like anyone else even if you personally don’t like their company.
