I think he should consider pursuing a lawsuit against the police department. Why? They endangered the life of his wife by not realizing that he was carrying a woman going through a medical emergency in his arms. This would be like a cop stopping a man who is speeding, making him get out the show his registration, handcuffing him while the vehicle number is called in while his wife is lying in the passenger side seat giving birth.
