1. Did you vote for President Obama?
Yes.
2. Do you feel he is knowledgeable about foreign relations?
Yes.
3. Are you happy with the way he is handling the "War" that isn't a war in the Iraq and Afghanistan?
As happy as I probably could be; he's doing what he can with an awful situation.
4. Do you feel he has helped or hindered the US's image in the world? Why/How?
Helped, by being a reasonable human being and an excellent speaker, i.e. everything Bush wasn't.
5. How do you feel he's handled the BP oil spill situation?
I'm satisfied with the role he and the government have played. A complete government takeover of the operations, despite how many people have clamored for it, would only have made things worse; the situational expertise just doesn't exist. I think that Obama has done a great service by securing the relief funds.
6. Do you feel like he has lived up to the hype of his campaign?
One part yes, two parts no. In the way he's worked hard on and fought for legislation, yes. He has backed off some issues, which is disappointing, but fairly inevitable. The bigger "no" part doesn't come from Obama; it's the fault of the insanely obstructionist Republican party (and, depending on the results of the 2010 midterm, the fault of an idiot electorate that seems poised to vote back in the party that's done its best to ruin all progress in this country for the past 10 years).
7. What do you feel he has done "right" as the President?
The stimulus, health care (although I would have loved to see a lot more, they did what they could in the context of the current Congress, and meaningful reform was passed), getting rid of DADT (although final judgment is reserved until it actually goes through), funding stem cell research, credit card reform, lowering restrictions on Cuba, reforming government student loan policy, generally increasing government transparency.
8. What do you feel he has completely missed the mark on as president?
The space program, not acknowledging the Armenian Genocide, not being as strong on gay rights as promised (no DOMA repeal, no gay adoption support), appointing a drug czar who's anti-legalization for marijuana.
9. Do you believe that we'd be in a full fledged depression if he hadn't pushed through those bail-out and stimulus packages? If no, why not?
Maybe we wouldn't be yet, but we'd be on the path to depression with few options to get off.
10. If you answered YES to #1, and the election were in November, would you vote for Obama again?
Yes.
Additionally, here's a site that keeps track of how well Obama is doing with his campaign promises.

I regret not voting for Hillary instead of Obama. I don't regret voting for Obama over McCain at all

His colossal failure as a President reinforces my opinion that Palin would be worse.
