The following refs were sent home even before they were considered for the Final...

1. Malian ref who denied the USA with a goal.
2. Ref who sent Kaka off.
3. Ref who missed the England goal.
4. Ref who allowed the off-sides Argentenian goal.

It says other have been sent home, but these were the only named ones. All is good :)
