renting a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment in the neigborhood of your dreams is better than owning in a not-so-good neghborhood. But that's just me.


But that area doesn't really rent and has no apartments.

Looks like the houses there are well out of my price range though. Even with a sizeable down payment. I just don't make enough money. :-(
