Yes. I like Wiggins as well. But it doesn't look good for him. To be fair, though, I'll be happy as long as Contador doesn't win.


I guess the plus point is that it at least showed that Wiggins isn't going to be stupid in the mountains and will drop off when he is on the limit, so he will limit his losses instead of trying to stay with Schleck and blowing up then losing 20 minutes in a few kilometres.

He does.


Of course he needs to be, given he can't timetrial. Hopefully he will get enough in the mountains.
