Anyone up to talk about music? Quick and easy:
Do you have a favorite band / genre that you listen to?
What are you listening to lately?
Why should others listen to it?
In form a of a response:
I'm kind of a metal head, but listen to a bit of the lighter stuff too. Not one particular favorite band.
Listening to the Volbeat right now. Heard "Still Counting" on my free XM trial and I'm hooked.
Good band, versatile, rock with a metal edge. Check them out if you're into that kind of thing.
Thanks everyone!

1. I usually listen to rock- the Beatles, Rolling Stones, U2, AC/DC, you get the idea. Classic rock, I guess you could broadly say. I also like nerd stuff like They Might Be Giants and Wierd Al.
2. Lately, TNT and Ain't No Fun (Waiting 'Round to be a Millionare) by AC/DC.
3. For classic rock: Good overall musicianship. Nerd stuff: It's just fun.
I used to love the album where he spoofed Nirvana. Good stuff on there. Most of his other stuff was funny for a while too. Got on my nerves if I listened too much.

I do. It's more straight rock than they used to be, but it's good.
