You are saying that if I tell a woman that I am a famous actor and that gets me some action, no big deal. But if I tell that same woman that I am John Stamos and that gets me some action then I am a rapist?

I only ask because I have to make a decision on wether or not to keep my Stamos wig.


If you impersonate John Stamos to have sex with his wife or girlfriend, yes that's rape. You're putting underlying assumptions in here, I think, which need not apply. If I use my nifty high-tech hologram device to trick someone into thinking I'm John Stamos, and pull cash from his bank account, that's a crime, if I have sex with his wife 'She should have known it wasn't really him' doesn't mean it wasn't rape. Like a lot of stuff, this pivots strongly on 'reasonable' behavior and reactions.
