Even more so, it's absurd to claim deception here if it's his regular nickname, would be like suing Gordon Sumner a.k.a. Sting for false advertising, or Jim Rigney. But like I said, it's a BS case, or should be, just that we don't want to take this and toss out the concept of rape by fraud just because of it, they're using something a little different for this, and this case wouldn't pass muster under fraud. If it passes muster under Rape by Deception, then the law is simply unjust.
