Favorite meat?

In a sammich? Roast cow. Or chicken. Maybe ham. All three?

Favorite cheese?

A strong cheddar or brie.

Condiments? If so, what kind?

Sometimes I like pickle, sometimes mayonnaise. Mostly just plain is best.

My most usual sammich at work is a mini baguette with ham and cheese and that's it.

What else do you like on sandwiches?

Ideal sammich right here:

- malted rye bread
- Branston pickle
- roast beef
- strong cheddar (extra mature)
- lettuce
- cucumber
- egg
- tomato
- black olives
- red & yellow capsicum
- alfalfa sprouts

Sometimes I like to add grated carrot to that.
