Here's an example. as you can see, the guy is being a bit difficult or slow, but he's still IN HIS CAR and not doing more voicing some objection to the officer's tone. Until the officer asks him to get out of the car, anyways, putting himself at risk. but hey, it's all good. The guy was being slow and questioning in cooperating, so tasering neutralizes any threat!! :thumbsup:
