When I run the ping command, I get the response, "Ping request could not find host http:...


Could you ask him to do the same thing again without the http:// for me? Just ' ping www.readandfindout.com ' (without quotes).

And can you also pass on the second half of my message about trying different pages on the site (that he hasn't visited before) and checking different browsers...
