Concepts of sin as an actual metaphysical entity are incorrect.


"To miss the mark"...very well sums up what sin is. To miss the mark of proper behavior. To miss the mark is living right. To miss the mark in keeping one's thoughts and actions in line with what God has dictated is the only way to be saved.

We all "missed the mark", and thus needed someone to help us.
