I was thinking earlier how it's reminding me of walking a silly puppy, and, later, being in the backyard all those nights when he felt the need to periodically bark to protect us from the HS football games across the street every Friday. I do love Fall though, easily my favorite season. It's like Spring without pollen.

Anything outside at night, though star gazing gets progressively better as the nights lengthen and the POPULATED sky comes into view. Summer is annoying like that, longer days and even when it does get dark there's not as much to see (though it does have the two premiere meteor showers. )
