I expect you would have a great deal more activity in a proper chat.

It's pathetically easy, so that just sounds like more of the "we want it, but we don't want to have to DO anything. " Except if no one's doing anything, there isn't anything, especially in Chat. So if no one's bothering, that seems pretty indicative of what to expect from a RAFO Chat.
