You don't pay for any abortions due to the 1976 Hyde Amendment and the following legislation which gets renewed every year (but which is purposefully renewed every year so Republicans can campaign on it saying if you don't elect me Democrats will stop the Hyde Amendment).


Jeordam was responding to my unhappiness with the Hyde Amendment, to my implied desire to "force him to pay" for abortions.
