And snoopcester Send a noteboard - 04/11/2010 03:17:34 PM
My week is 35 hours, and I get 29 days of holiday, plus Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Days. Plus up to 12 more flexidays as holidays. 29 days = 6 working weeks less one day.

So every minute of "overtime" I work gets added up and as soon as I have 5 hours saved up I can take a day off if I want to.

For each extra minute you do on a day, you get slightly further from the 32 hour week;)
