It's cold, and needs some plantlife to turn the CO2 into O2, but otherwise it seems very doable. The soil is rich, the sunlight ample and there's a water source. I'm still betting on indentured servitude for colonization though, which would bother me less if I didn't also expect the people trashing this planet to see a Mars colony as their exit strategy.
