Also, I'm not sure if it works with the Kindle (it seems to say it does), but Calibre is an awesome eBook Library manager. It's a little quirky, but I use it regularly to push non-DRM'd ePUBs to my nook. It lets you edit the metadata and everything.
I love it. I especially love the download cover feature. I can't not have the covers
