Again, the position of a party on the political spectrum isn't defined merely by a straightforward average of all its positions on all issues, but also by where the party puts its own focus, which positions it finds the most important itself. Fortuyn's party and its successors are, by Dutch standards, centrist to moderate right on economic issues, one might probably say - further to the right than most parties, but certainly less far than the mainstream right-wing party VVD. But their economic positions simply aren't that much of a priority to them, so it's fair to base their political positioning primarily on the issues that have the priority in their own eyes.

And then you get to the usual themes: anti-immigration, pro-stronger law enforcement and heavier punishments for criminals, more nationalistic tones, and the like. Those Dutch parties do admittedly have one notable aspect in which they differ from most other far-right parties in Europe, which is that they're fairly left-wing on a range of "ethical" issues, like homosexuality, and rather feminist as well.
