Rock on. Sareitha Sedai Send a noteboard - 15/01/2011 12:37:44 PM
18 weeks from tomorrow, actually.

Eeep!

I've done a fair few 8-12 mile runs in the past, so I should easily be able to get back in the swing of things before then. My running club does long-distance training every weekend, which is helpful.

Yeah, you should be in good shape then. That does sound helpful. I need to hook up with a running club around here; I think that would help keep me on track. When the weather gets nicer at least. I'm stuck on the treadmill for now

But yeah, I'm definitely gonna give it my best for October, because if I don't have set goals I never get anywhere.

Too true.

Let me know how your races go.

Will do, you too!

So are you defining Berwick-upon-Tweed as "another country" as part of England, or by itself? *NM* Legolas - 15/01/2011 01:01:04 PM 286 Views
It would be more fun if I could plausibly argue that Berwick was an independent country. Tim - 15/01/2011 01:28:14 PM 789 Views
Yeah, I know, was just joking. Somebody had to bring up the Russian war thing. Legolas - 15/01/2011 01:34:51 PM 694 Views
