Crazy people like Manson, Dhamer, and Bundy still should die for their actions.

People with the mental capacity of a 9 year old should not.

Its that simple.


Dhamer was found sane and guilty.

Bundy was found to be sane, and that he knew exactly what he was doing.

During Manson's trial, the Judge excused the idea that Manson was insane.

The above 3 deserve to be imprisoned for what they did, because they were sane, and knew exactly what they were doing. Now, we don't know if Loughner is insane yet, but, if he is, he has the right to plead insanity, and should not be killed.
