Let's go with a scale from 1 to 5 (1 being a demon from hell). It would be nice if you would also provide reasons for the ranking. This is very important research.


Although I don't know if I'd have put her there without my string of past bosses, who were in the 1-3 range. I know I appreciate her more having those bad experiences to compare to. Her communication and expectations are clear (and the latter are reasonable), she's respectful of my ideas and of my time, she solicits and gives feedback appropriately, and she's appreciative of my efforts. I really couldn't ask for anything more. I'd probably still feel this way if she hadn't just promoted me, but that doesn't hurt either
