1. What is your opinion on the subject?

A) Awesome way to penalize someone for being stupid and/or lazy which could have deadly effects.

B) Another stupid nanny state law.

C) Meh, I don't care- I live in a warm place that doesn't get snow much, if at all.

My answer is somewhere between A and C. I think it's idiotic to drive with a pile of snow on your roof which could potentially fall and block your view, but we rarely get enough snow for that to be a problem, with last winter being an exception.
2. Does your state/country have a law about this already?

I don't know, but i'd imagine not.
3. If yes, what is the penalty?

I realize this may be a pot-stirring question, but I found it an appropriate question just after a big snowstorm.
