1. What is your opinion on the subject?
A) Awesome way to penalize someone for being stupid and/or lazy which could have deadly effects.
I would imagine that citation code could be easily applied to snow on parts of the car that could block view, especially when in motion.
B) Another stupid nanny state law.
C) Meh, I don't care- I live in a warm place that doesn't get snow much, if at all.
2. Does your state/country have a law about this already?
3. If yes, what is the penalty?
No separate penalty, but I would imagine what I said above could be applied once every 10-15 years when there is more than 5" of snowfall at any given point

I realize this may be a pot-stirring question, but I found it an appropriate question just after a big snowstorm.
