1. Is there one person out there meant for you (soulmate) or an endless combination of suitable choices?

I think it's somewhere in the middle. More than one person who could work, but not an endless selection.

2. If soulmates did exist, what do you think the odds would be of actually finding them?

I find it very unlikely, honestly. I think it's up to people to find someone they like and then see if it can be good.

3. How long after a breakup/divorce is it acceptable to start dating again?

I don't know. I think that is personal and specific to the two people.

4. If you come out of a long-term relationship wanting to date right away, what do you think that means in regards to your feelings for that person?

It can be more down to personal upset. Right after a major break, one probably feels that there was at least some personal failure involved. That can bring on the urge to re-validate or just have some fun. I don't know that it has to be about the other person so much.

5. How would you describe your romantic feelings; soft puddy or steel?

Pft, I try, but I'm not a cuddly, snuggly thing.

6. In relation to the question above, describe your openness to your partner on a scale of 1-10. One being a closed book and 10 being open as a flower towards the sun.

I think I'm pretty open. I don't have much trouble saying what I'm thinking/feeling. I'm very comfortable with my relationship, I'm just not a smushy person.

7. Do you agree or disagree with this statement: "If couples really knew what the other person was thinking, there would be no couples."

I think that's true of some couples. I don't agree as a general statement for everyone.

8. On a scale of 1-10, rate the importance of sex in a relationship.

Again, it depends on the people. Some couples start out as sex-a-holics, and I would guess that the sudden absence of of sex would be a big point.

9. Do you always remember the first person you loved?

I'm not generally in the business of forgetting people I've cared about, so sure, I guess so.

10. When it comes to the end of a relationship; is it better to burn out or fade away?

Um?
