There are four networks in my area we watch

Setanta - despite their loss of contract with EPL, Setanta US still shows a majority of EPL games. Tricky business, though, because here you have to have AT&T to get Setanta. I watch it at the Pub where I work. They carried the Chelsea-Porto game this past week, as well as the Standard Liege-Arsenal game.
Fox Soccer Channel - the next best thing. They seem to get most of the games Setanta misses. They showed many Champions League games last year. Looks like this year is going to be the same story.
ESPN - not too many CL games here, but they've done us a beautiful favour by showing Spanish leagues this year, a first for this region.
Fox Sports Network - this one seems to be the sweeper. The odd game not showing on the other networks will occasionally show up here.
Not sure if that's what's available in your area, but here in the boring midwest, we make do with these usual suspects.
