Even if the kids were not harmed by filming it they were harmed by him publishing a video making it look like he did. If it was my daughter in the video I would probably break his fingers. How do you think the kids in that video felt not to mention their patents. He violated them if they didn't know iot was happening at the time. He probably doesn't reserve twenty years in prison but I wouldn't mind seeing him spend a year or two in county lock up and go broke defending himself. You can't fuck with people's kids even if you think it will be funny. People doing stupid crap to try and get youtube famous has gotten out of control and he would make a fine example.
