Okay, so the other day I was drinking some scotch and watching Sparticus gods of the arena with a friend. Anyway, we're talking and at some point he asserts that its impossible to look like Crixus without doing a lot of steroids. Now, in my alcohol fueled delierium I chose to contest this and made a little bet. Long story short I have until the end of Summer (Sept 1st) to aquire a crixus-esque physique.

Suggestions would be appreciated
