I don't know why "tvrdi" is hard to pronounce, or "?ty?í". There are just a few vowels that are slightly suppressed from the Russian forms of those words (??????? and ??????, respectively). I'm guessing that "silver" is something like S?ebro (adjective might be S?ebryani or something like that) based on the Russian (???????-??????????).

Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.
