Our Equality Act says "Race includes— (a) colour; (b) nationality; (c) ethnic or national origins".

Discrimination against an English person by Scots has been held to be racial discrimination: BBC Scotland v Souster 2001 S.C. 458.

So when someone talks about "stupid British accents" and "crooked British teeth", I'm going to call it racism. It doesn't matter what colour the person is – I am British, and they are British, and Aisha has insulted us both in a racist manner.

P.S. I'm not massively impressed to learn that you find anti-British racism "hilarious", even if it's not as common or pervasive as other forms of racism. How is racism against one group any less bad than racism against another?
