I'm not saying I have proof, but you're saying that you'd be surprised if it turned out that Bush-era prisoners were secretly waterboarded?

After all, that administration went to GREAT pains trying to justify- both morally and legally- the practice.

My point was that if you go "Oh, it's ok to torture THESE guys, but no one else," it's pretty easy to make that decision again, for others.
