Of course climates change, the world changes all the time. However, I reject the notion that humans are a cause or even a significant factor of this.
First, it was "global warming". Then, when winter started to last forever, it became "global cooling".
Now it's just "climate change".
It's a load of rubbish.
And to answer your question: No, not really. The reason for that is simple: even if it was "our fault" (humanity at large), it would primarily be the fault of countries like India and China, with massive populations and no environmental regulations. And if that is in fact the case, then nothing we do in the West is going to make a difference anyway. Even if we don't pollute and spend hundreds of billions on "green" tech and carbon taxes, all we're doing is making life more difficult for our citizens when in fact they're not the primary cause of this event.
Now, if China and India and all the other third world polluters signed on to do something and then actually followed through on it then that would be one thing. But that's not, and probably never will be the case.

The only denials of climate change I've seen are (stupidly) based on anecdotal evidence.
