'Psychopathic' is simply not a descriptor used in the behavioral health services at the hospital here. It seems that it would only work in the context of describing the actions of a sociopathic person who choses to become violent or displays that tendency.

Anyway, thanks for pointing this out. I guess the DSM V is getting rid of narcissistic personality as well? The changes are always interesting to me... considering it once listed homosexuality as a personality disorder.
