Yup. Twice in one day, too. We were walking along the long, flat top of some kind of concrete barrier wall (about 3' wide), and I managed to just walk right off the edge. I have no idea how tall it actually was, but as I kid I thought it was super high. I'd guess maybe 5' in reality? Then at the bottom was a slope of chunky gravel that came up to meet the wall. I fell off and went what my dad liked to call "ass over tea-kettle" all the way down. Didn't drop my fishing pole or tackle box either, somehow.

Same day, walked out on large, tilty slabs of concrete, almost like what a parking lot might look like, post-apocalyptically. The trick was, apparently, to try to walk on the flat parts (yeah right), but I slid straight down one into the abyss. My family was (were?) ahead of me and didn't see me, but some tall dude that had been walking along behind us said he saw me disappear and ran over to help. I'm pretty sure I did fall about 15' that time, because it was hard to get out of there. Not hurt at all, either time.

See above. I also managed to fall down the stairs at church once, but I basically rolled down like a ball that splatted open at the bottom. I didn't hurt anything then either.
