It doesn't have to be holy water, or river water, or whatever. It's literally any molecule of water, no matter the source. Back in Sunday School, I got the teacher to admit that yes, she supposed saliva could be used.
However... there HAS to be water. God's really laid back about what kind of water he'll baptize you with, but he can only do it with water.
You can't just stare at someone real hard and baptize them, because, I mean, how else would the Sin get washed away? You think they're just going to FALL off? Honestly, some people just don't understand religion.
