1. Do you wear glasses or contacts? Should you?

I do wear them. Nowadays I mostly wear contacts, but as a chemistry teacher I wear glasses the days I'm in the lab (but I change when I get home if I'm going out running).
2. How bad/good is your eye sight?

About -3-3.5, slightly different for contacts vs glasses and left vs right eye.
3. Would you ever consider getting your eyes lasered?

Yes, but I've never gone as far as investigating it properly.
4. Have you had laser surgery? Are you happy with it?

5. Would you be able to survive without glasses or contacts?

Survive, yes. Stay in my current line of work? No.
6. If you would get laser surgery, what would your reasons be?

To get rid of the hassle of contacts. I prefer not to wear glasses as I do quite a bit of orienteering, where you need good eyesight while running.
One of my main reasons for getting surgery is that my eye sight is rather poor. If I ever get into an emergency situation without my glasses or contacts, I'm unlikely to be doing well.
