Capone was a criminal and was despised (or glorified) for the crimes he committed regardless of what he was convicted of. You are still comparing him to a criminal. Sorry but isn't a crime to have media outlets that are not actively promoting a left wing agenda.

Rupert Murdoch in the UK isn't associated with Fox, he's associated with The Sun and News of the World. And the problem with those newspapers isn't so much that they're right-wing - hell, the Sun famously changed camps back in 1997 and started to back Tony Blair and Labour, they're political opportunists more than anything else - it's that they're so revolting.
