It also has a clip mic that I can have my kid put on his seatbelt in the back seat.

Right now hearing in the car is tough bc if all the road noise. And I'm totally deaf in my left ear. The hearing aid is for the good ear. Imagine this. You're on a long trip in the passenger seat. The hearing aid in your right ear next to the door is amplifying road noise. The radio is on, but you can't tell what song is on. Now add 5 yr old squeaky whine from the backseat. Remember, left ear is useless.

This thing will be awesome.
