She acts as though it is acceptable to dismiss the democrat viewpoint just by having enough republicans in office to overvote them. Yes, it can physically happen, but what about all the real people that also means one is choosing to marginalize? It isn't as though we've invented democrats just to annoy republicans and cause problems with them "getting things done."

I would be amazed if she could find enough independents to vote for her to make her viable - after all, this is a large part of what everyone was pissed about in the debt ceiling debacle.
