You are still ignoring the fact that his basic argument is crap and he just made it up then supported it with sound bites taken out of context.

I personally supported a progressive tax code and would favor substantial modification to the tax code including raising capital gains tax. That doesn't excuse JS fro playing burn the strawman or using the bad numbers to support his false argument. Maybe he needs to be the one to come up with actual numbers to support the argument he is making, not that valid numbers would make his basic argument any less false.
