As a Texan, I suppose your definition of a cold climate would vary from mine. My Texan friend seems to put on a sweater when it dips below 70, but that's a comfortable indoor or outdoor temperature for me. An average temperature anywhere in the 60s to 80s is just right, because you don't sweat to death when you go outside to do anything. :P
