Young people don't get sick often and would rather roll the dice and go to Vail then pay for insurance. But if you want to question the sustainability of the system I am sure state run is the most stable long term when you look at the aging populations and out of control debt in most of the countries that have it.
I am all for changing our healthcare system I am just waiting for someone ot have a plan that will makes things better and not worse.
