Fifty years after the Saturn V first flew we will do an unmanned test of a rocket that can lift little more than half what the Saturn V could lift and in the future can be upgraded to be lift 5% more? I really was expecting to be living on the moon by 2017. I have to say the progress has been slower than I had hoped for.
